“Self Empowerment for Women – I and II” is a two phase program, encouraging women to look at ways in which life experiences influence their lives and their thinking. They will be able to recognize destructive thinking and patterns of interaction and replace them with positive thoughts and productive behaviors. This program uses the whole person model, which focuses on five components of personal health; physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and volitional potentials. They will be encouraged to explore, rebuild and expand these potentials within themselves, to increase their sense of personal power and the power to make positive, constructive choices in their own lives. Childcare is available for women participating in the morning session of this program.
